8/26/11 Jay Karr/The Island Packet--Charter fishing boat owner Mike Russo was busy adding storm lines to his vessel, Integrity, at Harbour TownŐs charter boat dock on Friday. He was securing it against possible high winds as Hurricane Irene made its closest approach to Hilton Head. The Category 2 storm passed to the east of the Lowcountry, bringing wind, rain and high surf, en route to an expected Saturday landfall along the North Carolina coast.
